General Burns is an experienced general who has had an extremely successful military career. She is the person in charge of the AETHER program. She issues the orders and picks the targets. She is stern and has little tolerance for frivolity, but cares about her staff, even when she doesn't say it. She also knows that it is important to let off steam, and will sometimes allow her team a bit more leeway should it be necessary.
General BurnsΒ has about 150 lines.
[Serious] The enemy tipped their hand with their last offensive. They were banking quite a lot on that assault. We now have them in a very vulnerable position.
[Exasperated] I could hear the fire alarms from my quarters. Instead of destroying any more of our hardware, Iβm having it sent to the computing facility.
