PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND:
Hanley is a man out to get revenge on the person who sold him to slavers. He is a rugged and strong man who will stop at nothing to find and kill the person who put him through the hell he went through.
AGE:
35-45 Years old. Honestly, age doesn't really matter for this role.
ACCENT:
Hanley is a ghoul. Ghouls in the Fallout universe are humans who succumbed to heavy radiation and as such, had their skin and voice change radically. Ghouls tend to have a very gravelly/raspy voice and are seen as "zombies" to some people.
