The yin to Evil Hilda's Yang, Rosa is a very upbeat Valley Girl who is B.F.F's with Hilda. While Hilda is much more... mean and manipulative (to put it nicely), Rosa is more of a sweetheart. She's definitely more vapid and ditzy, but deep down beneath her 1,000 dollar clothes, her heart is pure.

For her voice, we need to get something that's very bubbly and upbeat, but still "Valley Girl". She needs to contrast Evil Hilda's sarcasm and cruel attitude, and be a fun-loving (although still vapid and glamour-obsessed) and nice person. Her voice is very "Pinkie Pie", although not quite as high as that.
