Jewel is a mentally ill, old woman who wanders the streets of a town called Novac. She is blind, fragile, and speaks in weird phrases. She is helpless, and most people tend to leave her alone. The courier is sent on a mission to "Relieve" this woman, meaning that through any means necessary, she must die.

60-70 Years old.

NORTH AMERICAN. No exceptions.
TONE:
OK, think of the mentally ill woman that one would occasionally see in a hospital. That's pretty much Jewel. I would want an older actress for this role, but if any younger actresses can pull it off - I'll cast them.
