Carl Cartman is a Bum who was transformed into a living shopping cart.  He is the protagonist's best friend. As the hero can only speak in drunk meaningless gibberish most of the comments in the game come from Carl instead.

Rough voice of someone who smoked too many cigarettes and drank too many bottles of cheap wine in his life.

This role requires long term commitment, as there will most probably be additional recordings in the future.
