Rhosis has been in hiding waiting for his chance to test his “medical substitutes” on worthy subjects. This guy is nuts. You will need to go from quiet to loud in a matter of seconds. He needs to sound like Ren from Ren and Stimpy or Peter Lorre (Nolan North’s N. Gin is also a good comparison too)
