Nariko Kaneki is the aesthetically-challenged Ultimate Hairdresser. Nariko tries her best to embody... Some sort of aesthetic. Sometimes it's goth, sometimes it's punk, or it could be emo or rocker. Either way, she actively is wanting to be unique, and embraces her inner Chuunibyou to do so. Unfortunately for her, she often breaks character, slipping from her strange antagonizing Chuunibyou personality to her more energetic and memey real one. In reality, she's pretty fragile, and doesn't have much confidence in herself.

As the Ultimate Hairdresser, Nariko cuts and styles people's hair in many unique and crazy ways. It's what she really loves to do, but she isn't all that confident in her ability. Due to that, she's constantly doing crazier and crazier things with other people's hair, even if they come in for just a simple haircut, in order to achieve the "perfect hair style".

Nariko has a medium-low voice. She tries to sound sinister and dark a lot of the time, but it rarely ends up actually coming across as so. When she breaks character, she sounds fairly normal, but with a slightly deeper voice than what most girls have. If I had to compare her voice to a canon Danganronpa character, it would be closest to Celestia Ludenberg without her accent, but I'd recommend not getting too hooked up on that.

  • (Shocked, Displeased) Wh-Who do you think you are!? You can't just say whatever you want like that! I might be fragile, you know?

  • (Mock Sinister) Kehehe... You've fallen into my trap. My dark trap that takes you... Swallows you,,, And spits you back out like the vermin you are!

  • (Confused, Enthusiastic) I have a conflicting aesthetic. It's kind of a cross between goth, punk, rock, and a few others sprinkled in. Whatever it is, it's L-I-T LIT!
