Chikara is the 9th Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Although she's quite angry most of the time, she's passionate about her job as Hokage, and will do anything for her village! She is very overprotective, especially towards Aekatsuke and her assistant, Scarlet, even though she doesn't show it at all! She also has a soft spot in her heart for Aekatsuke's sensei, Liocraeo. She rules with an iron fist, and is around her 30s, so try and do a deeper, middle aged voice!
