Flowey is a living, talking flower. He seems different from the other monsters within the underground. He seems nice at first, but the facade is quickly done away with. He should be able to switch from a sweet, saccharine kind of tone, to a more sarcastic and, at times, sinister one, when the situation calls for it.

  • Howdy! I’m FLOWEY. FLOWEY the FLOWER! Hmmm… You’re new to the UNDERGROUND, aren’tcha? Golly, you must be so confused. Someone ought to teach you how things work around here! I guess little old me will have to do. Ready? Here we go!
