The entity known only as Madkat was originally jailed for going mad, only bound to an enchanted kat-in-the-box, vowing revenge on those who imprisoned him. After being set free many years later, he was defeated and returned to his confinement. He now is called into purpose by someone else with the promise of freedom now dangling before him. The deranged spirit knows he's being used, but willingly chooses to go along for the ride just to see how things play out... and take his chance once the moment presents itself.
