PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND:
Elias was a soldier who was disgraced and outcast from the NCR (Main military force/government in the Fallout universe) for allegedly selling sacred information to their opposing enemy - the Legion. However, it is likely he was framed by higher forces to cover up their darker motives. Elias and several fellow soldiers have decided rather than being shot by a firing squad, they would go on the run and escape NCR territory. Their plan is foiled, however, due to the courier (Player Character)...
