Hifumi has a very nasally voice, and it's fairly high-pitched for a male.

So now that the static is gone I can get a good feel for your voice. so, your pitch is a bit TOO high. He's high-pitched for a male but his voice is still very masculine. He's on the slightly higher end of the mid-pitch scale. And the radio announcer voice, I would make that deeper pitched as well.
