Some may call him narcissistic, and some may call him a downright prick - these would both be correct, since he thinks so highly of himself, but he doesn't mind. Water off a duck's back, as he'd say. He's known to flirt around and address his fans as "Haruzens" to flaunt his acclaim, but under that bravado, he hides a side that he doesn't want anyone to see...

When voicing him, literally go nuts! Make him sound like your typical pretty boy. Scoff a lot, degrade others - make him vulgar! He likes to play up a "cutesy" act, too, so don't be afraid to fake a giggle or two! However, aside from that, it's up to you!
