Trixie is an arrogant magician pony. She loves to boast about her magic powers and show everyone just how great she can be. She often refers to herself in the third person, calling herself "the Great and Powerful Trixie." However, after being defeated twice by Twilight and finding a new friend in Starlight, she has become more controlled over her arrogance and tries her best to be a good friends...even if it doesn't always work.
