Asahi Rokka is a first year high-school student at Haneoka Girls' Academy. She goes by the moniker LOCK as the guitarist for the band RAISE A SUILEN.

She is in the same class as Asuka and Ako, and studies at Haneoka instead of Hanasakigawa due to a scholarship program.
