PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND:
Tobias is a young member of an organization of professional assassins called the Deathsong Brotherhood. Before being recruited, he was a bandit for a local raider gang. When a caravan hit went bad due to bad tactics by the head honcho, he questioned his boss' leadership skills and ended up having to kill him and his fellow gang members in self-defense. He is a bit of a rowdy and energetic character, having a magnified perspective on death and murder. He loves doing missions that allow him to cause havoc.
AGE:
20-25 years old.
TONE:
He should sound young, charismatic, and a bit unnerved. He shouldn't sound over-the-top maniacal, but a bit off the hinges.
