Mukuro Ikusaba is the Ultimate Soldier/Ultimate Despair. Mukuro is Junko Enoshima's older twin sister/despair sister.

When Mukuro is dressed up as her sister she acts very energetic, but she is actually pretty serious and hotheaded. She also looks up to her little sister.
