Pamela is a ghost who has possessed a teddy bear. She died at a young age but doesn't remember any of it. She has a laid back altitude and stays at Astrid and Rorona's shop until she gets back on her feet.
*Pamela has a cute lazyish voice to her in the Japanese version. Unlike the English dub which did not carry over the way she talks I can see Pamela having a cute sheepish voice if that makes sense. If not sheepish then aim for something cute and proper*
