Mr. Fear is the main antagonist in the comic. He is a sadistic being, but you could never tell at first meet. His voice is always calm, and almost has a charming tone to it. very cool and level headed. He is slick and suave.
Preferably, he should have a low/deep voice.

Do you think you can resubmit this and do American accent if possible? The character sounded very stuck up. It's suppose to be charming. Also, the lines sounded choppy, It felt like you were over-enunciating your lines. Try to have a smoother delivery. Thanks and we hope to hear a re-submission. -Ham
