Drew is a cocky and talented Pokemon coordinator. He is more experienced than May and comes across as very confident and competent. While he sees May as his rival now, for a while he didn't see her as a true equal in skill. Though he acknowledges her skill now, he still maintains a playful banter with her when they talk, continuing his snarky and cocky streak. I've attached a file of what his original VA sounded like and I would prefer to have it match as close as possible, but please feel free to give it your own interpretation as well. Please read each line 2-3 times with different takes.

  • *casual/snarky* “In the flesh. I see you’re taking your time wandering around as usual.”

  • *mid-battle, should be shouting a bit* “I’ll be the one winning that ribbon today, May.”

  • *sentimental tone* “We’ve still got plenty of time left together though. Who knows what’s gonna happen next?”
