Goop's voice is basically the same as his Alien Force-Omniverse voice. And if it helps, do a voice like Stitch (from Lilo and Stitch) It's basically the same thing.

Goop can shapeshift, stretch and transform his body into all shapes and sizes! Goop is able to generate and even shoot slime from any part of his body. The slime he generates can either be acidic or adhesive. He can shoot it in continuous streams similar to a water hose or in blob like projectiles.

Goop is in a majority of episodes in Season 1.
