His voice shouldn’t be deep. I am inclined to think he should speak in normal tones, somewhat matter-of-fact, a hint of irritation perhaps, with no real emphasis placed on his words.

Very good. All your character voices on your page are good. There may be too much emphasis on the words in Jareth's voice, but no doubt you could demonstrate more nonchalance if necessary. I am undecided, but at the moment I am leaning more towards the approach Viadomus4 has taken.
