Pamela's Father is a scientist who lives in Ikana Valley. From the events of the land's curse, he is gradually turned into a Gibdo, thus making him lose his free will and mind. As a cursed Gibdo, all he can do is groan and moan in agony. Once he's cured from the curse (thanks to Link), he regains his mentality, albeit unaware of what has happened to him. When Link talks to him further about the Gibdo and Garo, Pamela's Father is more than happy to share information on the creatures. He's very well invested in his research and findings.
