BIO: As Second-in-Command of Strike-Team Delta, Joseph was known to be the daring one of the group. He mainly uses the basic MA37 Assaslt Rifle yet he is trained on any other weapons.
For assisting ODST David McNally and disobeying direct orders from his superior's; both were sentenced to life in prison. After three months pasted; a small insurection group attacked the prison. During the attack, Joseph and David meet Grayson and Leon. They all agree to hold the prison line with the remaining guards until U.N.S.C reinforcements arrive. Once after the firefight; the four prisoners were hand-selected into a "Classified" ONI Project known and "T.A.N.C" (Said like Tank). He is now Delta-Two.

[Concerned] Commander, they need our help!
[Concerned] We don’t leave people behind Sir, if you’re not going to help them. Then I will.
[Yell] Hold them off!

His Voice Shouldn't sound rough. Joseph is around the age of 24-29 years old. But his character is going to be voiced by an off site person. Sorry for the inconvenience.
