A ruthless crime boss. The main villain of the story. The player is trying to find him in order to kill him, because a degenerate gambler named Thornton (who hired the player) owes him 5 million caps. The player also killed one of his men. I have not yet written this character into the story, so it could be a while before I cast someone.
