Charles is the Office Manager for Young Technologies and one of the major characters. Born in Wales, he was once married before, only for his wife to have an affair. He is an accomplished Fencer and still teaches Fencing on the side. He serves as Sam's boss at work often giving her small tedious jobs. Sam eventually stands up to him when he threatens to fire one of her friends. He reveals that he has been pushing Sam as she will one day be the CEO of Young Technologies. He finally starts opening up to Sam, revealing he does have a soft spot for her and her struggles. He eventually convinces Sam's Father to make Sam Charles's assistant, under the pretense of training her to be better future CEO. Really he wishes to help Sam fulfill her ambitions to be a game Designer. He is revealed to know Marshall, though he knows him as "Ben". 

I am expecting to have a "princely" Sort of voice, smooth, but not extremely posh, maybe perhaps a tint of welsh
