One of Max's classmates with a secret crush on her, Percy Randall Davis is a naive 13-year-old. He likes video games, but also wants to take interest in anime just like Max (who coincidentally, isn't that big on video games in the first place). Percy is a big fan of Wendy Wifi and her music, as he has all her music and merchandise, knows nearly every fact about her as a singer (but not to the point of being considered a stalker, just a super fan), and is vice president of her fan club.
