Due to being over-sheltered and treated like a god previously, he has a warped perception on how the world works. He acts confident and all-knowing, but deep down, he just wants to be loved (even though he denies that this is the case) and just really wants to fit in wit hthe other kids.
Hello everybody, thank you all for coming to celebrate my greatness! When they first called me to tell me that I was nominated for a Tony award, obviously you know how I felt. So I told them…’it’s about time!’ I’ve been writing, directing and starring in these plays for years, and only now am I’m noticed. Oh well, better late than never right? Now while you’re here celebrating, eating the oeuvres and drinking wine, just remember, we did it! Or, well, actually I mean that I did it, you didn’t have anything to do with this. But at least you were there to see me do it! So come on, stuff you faces, gorge yourselves, and just have a good time! Alright, I’m done.
