Voice Actors Needed for Allen Gregory Remake (One episode)
Project Overview
An audio-only remake of the first episode of the notorious Fox animated bomb, this will be a remake that will attempt to fix all of the major problems of the original.
The series follows Allen Gregory De Longpre, a pretentious and spoiled seven-year-old boy raised by his over-protective father, Jeremy, and his lazy and psychotic uncle, Richard. Allen Gregory has an adopted sister, Julie, who may come off as sarcastic and mean, but deep down really cares for her brother and wants to see him succeed. Allen Gregory must start attending a public elementary school due to the effect of the recession his family's finances. Jeremy also pressures Richard to secure employment due to the lack of money, although Richard proves to be terrible and completely incompetent in every job he takes. Allen Gregory must now face all of the trials that come with his public school: a rage-filled principal, the school popular crowd, and his own social ineptitude.
Each castmember must

A hyper, rude, and selfish man. He has been living on his brother's couch for many years, and is now forced into getting a job to earn some money. However, his lack of intelligence and his impulsive behavior causes many unfortunate outcomes. During all of this, he fails to learn from any of his mistakes, but keeps trying to please his brother.
His voice is higher-pitched and somewhat nasally.
I was hiding under your bed so I can give you some surprise advice. Surprise! And let me say, Julie was way, way wrong. Don’t act nice, instead, show off! Act like you own the place. In other words, be yourself.
Oh ok. So if he throws a tantrum, it’s ok. But if I throw one coffee table at the janitor, I get banned from the TV for a month.

Allen Gregory's strange best friend who is prone to doing socialy abnormal things. Even though Allen Gregory is a bit unlikable to the other kids, he remains a loyal best friend and will stick by his side through thick and thin.

That’s Joel Zadak, most popular kid, captain of the football team, and fastest at times tables.

A loud and angry old woman. She rules over the school with an iron fist and threatens both the teachers and the students with her unstoppable rage. However, Allen Gregory has become the first person to try to stand up to her, so she vows to make his life miserable until he submits to her authority.
Her voise is nasally and scratchy
Stop sassing me runt! Now, because you are new here, I am going to let you off with a warning. But let me assure you this, if you make so much as one simple step out of line, I will get you like a lion attacking an antelope. You got that?
Your child is a nuisance. He drinks wine, he tries to delude the minds of his peers, and he refuses to cooperate!

Allen Gregory's adopted sister. She is snarky, uncaring, and cynical, but deep down really loves her family, even her crazy uncle. She is somewhat distant from other people, being an introvert and haveing a quite harsh mindset.
To be honest, there is no way I could care about this situation any less. No offence.
(Sarcastically) Sure, because that back brace is the only thing standing between us and striking popularity. (Sigh)

Allen Gregory and Julie's extremely caring father. He is over-obsessive over his kids' wellbeing and happiness. He is a doormat when it comes to giving Allen Gregory when he wants something or giving his lazy brother a second chance. Although he can be pushed too far by the later, he is always at Allen Gregory's beckon call, no matter what he's doing at the moment.
His voice is deep and confident.
The reason why I’ve called you here is to honor my dear, dear son, he has just received an astounding honor. But why should I be the one to tell you? Let’s have him tell you for himself. Ladies and gentlemen…and others…my son, Allen Gregory DeLongpre.

A precocious and pretentious seven-year-old who is forced to attend elementary school due to a recession. Due to being over-sheltered and treated like a god previously, he has a warped perception on how the world works. He acts confident and all-knowing, but deep down, he just wants to be loved (even though he denies that this is the case) and just really wants to fit in wit hthe other kids.
Hello everybody, thank you all for coming to celebrate my greatness! When they first called me to tell me that I was nominated for a Tony award, obviously you know how I felt. So I told them…’it’s about time!’ I’ve been writing, directing and starring in these plays for years, and only now am I’m noticed. Oh well, better late than never right? Now while you’re here celebrating, eating the oeuvres and drinking wine, just remember, we did it! Or, well, actually I mean that I did it, you didn’t have anything to do with this. But at least you were there to see me do it! So come on, stuff you faces, gorge yourselves, and just have a good time! Alright, I’m done.
