The Governor is very long winded and full of himself.  He is somewhat of a player, often having a woman by his side. He tends to treat others like objects, even his wife and the group.

  • “I see, you haven't eaten real food in a while, have you?”

  • “Well, I must retire to my chambers for the night. My staff will guide you all to your rooms. We will talk about the problems Magia faces in the morning.”
