Lord Devil is a recurring character in the comic, and one of the main antagonist. The sovereign ruler of the two Hells, he maintains a sunny and kindly disposition. In actuality, he is a cold, merciless, and ennui-afflicted. Most of his actions show a complete disregard for others and are motivated by self-interest.
