This is for a character in the upcoming fanmade expansion to Ultimate custom night.

The character is Phantom Freddy. I would like him to sound robust and jolly, yet murderous, with heavy digital distortions.

I would also like you to add a filter to make the voice sound echoey, as the character is a ghostly hallucination.
