I am a veteran cross-disciplinary Director, Supervising Animator, and Technical Pipeline Engineer with over 20 years of professional industry experience. My career began in the era of traditional paper-and-pencil animation (the legacy Don Bluth and vintage Disney traditions of weight, expression, and anatomy) before I transitioned into 3D production when Maya 1.0 launched.
Because of this dual-mastery, I bridge the gap between complex narrative performance and technical pipeline efficiency. I write C++ and Python, and I even built my own proprietary rendering engine, MassPoly, to deliver fast, studio-grade visual look-development with minimal overhead. As a published novelist, I also serve as a structural anchor for narrative development, storyboarding, and script doctoring.
