Voice acting is free, I do that as a hobby and have no real professional  interest in it, but video editing, my main focus, goes at $20 per video.

For video editing, I'm not looking for anything in particular, if you hire me I'll edit your video however you want it edited, and then I'll send it back. For voice acting though I'm more interested in voicing video game characters, animated characters, and video game mod projects.
