I am 25 years old... I can try to do girls and women's voices in different ages.
I admit I don't have much experience in voice acting, but rather in usual acting.
Hebrew is my first language (though I guess no one cares), English is my second but I don't have a specific accent. I can try German, French, Spanish and maybe extreme Italian accent. I don't know to talk in these languages, but if it's for some short lines, I'll manage. If it's more... Sorry.
