Rick is an excellent director who takes the time to make sure that you are fully aware of their expectations, and is very considerate of reiterating the details from their casting calls to ensure that you are treated fairly. Even as an extra in one of their projects, they took the time to respond to me in a timely manner and was very respectful of my time, answering any questions that I had.

I've worked with Rick on an upcoming Halo based project, and I couldn't sing their praises more. Concise communication, positive attitude, constructive direction: This is all you could hope for in a project manager or director, and I look forward to the possibility of working with them again.
