Rachel Hanson

I've been working as an audio editor for the last two years, but have always really enjoyed acting! Finding a venue to do something I love while also fulfilling my family responsibilities has been a challenge, so I wanted to give voice acting a go.

As an editor my focus is on providing a good listening experience. I use Abode Audition to improve sound quality where possible, remove filler worlds, and keep the conversation moving smoothly.

As an actor, I am from the Midwestern United States but gre up in an area with a of Scandinavian (mostly Finnish) influence. I've acted in live stage productions of 'Bye Bye Birdie' and 'Anything Goes'. I've also delivered dramatic monologues and presented publicly in a variety of topics.

In both venues, telling untold stories is something I'm extremely passionate about.

Outside of audio storytelling, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studied and a Master of Arts in Public and Nonprofit Administration and currently work full-,time in public higher education while I manage this pivot into a new career. My spouse and I have been married since 2010 and have three children.
