Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Abridged Chapter 1
Project Overview
This long-term project plans to parody Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in its entirety, chapter by chapter, while working to maintain the charm that many fans of the series love so much. We are looking to recast some roles and upload a new version of the first chapter with the new official cast.
In order to make this project the best it can be, recording lines with an XLR microphone is HIGHLY recommended. In addition, the sound quality of the performance itself will be considered when casting a role.
as all of our communication is done through that. In the unlikely event we can’t reach an obvious conclusion for a certain role(s), we will contact each prospective person to hold a callback where we will hear you perform new lines.
Rules for auditioning:
For each line being recorded, provide 3 separate takes, each demonstrating an alternate delivery. (AAA-BBB-CCC)
Provide a way to reach you in the description of your recording. (Preferably Discord as all of our communication is done through that)

P.S. Because this project is being produced chapter by chapter, we are aware of several characters that will eventually appear that some people might be excited to audition for. We ask that you please refrain from messaging about those roles as we would like to remain focused on each chapter as we get there. This is the original version as reference of what the project will sort of be like, things have changed regarding the script and editing ideas so it will be shorter for the proper thing.

Pyra and Mythra are 2 sides of the same coin, both sharing a body but are 2 characters opposite to each other. Both being a 'Blade' in the world of Xenoblade 2 they have an American accent. Mythra's character doesn't show until later in the story However Pyra is here from the start.
As this is an abridged Their characters differ from their original versions, Pyra in our abridged is mostly soft spoken but constantly being frustrated by the lack of intelligence of our main protag and in the first is largely confused from a 500 year power nap.
We haven't gotten to Mythra yet in our script but in the original game she is sarcastic and comes off as spiteful despite meaning well until she grow throughout the plot
They Both share a voice Pyra is more softer and Calm whereas Mythra's is just a tad bit deeper and more smug sounding

In the world of Xenoblade there is a race of small ball shaped creatures called Nopon, they speak in 3rd person and broken speech "similar to Yoda from StarWars"

Dromarch is a wise old man sort of character, he speaks deeply and has an american accent crossed with a butlers tone of voice.
[He doesnt have many lines in the first chapter but this will be remedied as the project continues]
