We did this thing. We traveled to Times Square in NYC. We created a giant brain made of ice. It melted. People watched. We gave them stickers. They selfied.

But why?

Because we are tired. We are ALL tired.

Work makes us tired.

Work… plus having twin boys and a dog. A dog who digs holes. And don’t forget about coaching soccer practice, running a 5ks to benefit local causes, making breakfast, lunches, and dinners and maaaaaybe sneaking in a little bit of Facebook from time to time to see how everyone else seems to have their shit together and is still smiling

Yeah, we’re tired.

What if we told you that we have the cure to all my-brain-feels-like-its-melting-as-you-speak exhaustion?

BOOM, The Water Cooler Wake Up!

Did you know the average adult is about 70% water and the brain is 85%? Throughout the day; while you type, hold meetings, and give presentations, the brain loses about 80 oz of water.

So what?!

Without replenishing this lost water, you start to lose brain function. Here comes that melting brain feeling. Water gives the brain the electrical energy for all brain functions, including thought and memory processes.

When your brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, you will be able to think faster, be more focused, and experience greater clarity and creativity. Most importantly, your brain then sends out a neat little message to the rest of the body to

WAKE UP!

Leaving us refreshed and energized.

For all of you working and tired. This is for you. This is for us. The tired.

Tell a coworker, tell your boss; hey, maybe now you’ll finally have a decent excuse to gather around the water cooler.
