What We Did for The Cows: An Analog Horror Project
Project Overview
What We Did For The Cows is an analog horror about a small town becoming obsessed with cows. Abilene Bell and her best friend Bonnie Thompson become suspicious of the sudden craze, and work to find out what's really going on.
The main theme of this story is how people use religion to gain power. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not audition. I am still tweaking smaller points of the story, so please be aware that the following topics might be included: murder, kidnapping, gore, child/elder death,
I plan to work slowly on this project, so please be open long term. I am not too strict with deadlines, so hopefully it won't be an issue.
I am somewhat of a beginner, so the quality of the episodes may not be the highest. However, I am dedicated to the work and will try to make it as appealing and interesting as possible.
Discord will be used for this project, but other means of communication should work.

(Casual) I've been seeing a lot of angel numbers lately, when they come in pairs y'know? Mama tells me not to think about it, says I've got better things to worry about, but I can't shake the feeling that something is up.
(Concenred) I don't understand it Bonnie, first she says she hates them, that they're dirty animals, but suddenly she's bowing at their feet like they're some kind of god.
(Stressed) Bonnie slow down we're going to crash! Stop it please-pull over! What is wrong with you?
The second main protagonist, and the best friend of Adeline. She strives to be a 'proper southern girl', but curiosity tends to get the best of her.

(Gossipy) Well I mean, what does she think will happen getting in with crowds like that? Like daddy says, it's better to walk alone then walk with the crowd in the wrong direction.
(Disbelief, Disturbed) I can't believe it... she was so alive the last time I saw her. How'd it happen?
(Panicked, Denying) But if he wasn't home on Friday night.. oh my god Abby, you have to be lying.
Abilene's mother. Your standard well-meaning mom.

(Comforting) Oh sweetie, you know that's all made up. All we have is God's word and the cows that supply our farm, no weird numbers.
Abilene's dad. Stereotypical southern man, grunts more than he speaks.

Elijah is Bonnie's father and the pastor of the local church. He is a stereotypical uptight pastor and the main antagonist of the story.
