"Walking With Dinosaurs: Alaskan Adventures" fan-series CANCELLED
Project Overview
A fan-series based on the film "Walking With Dinosaurs 3D", in turn based on the TV series, "Alaskan Adventures" takes place both during and after the events of the movie, following whatever escapades Patchi, Alex, Scowler, and Juniper might have had.
Old characters such as Gorgon, Bulldust, and Major will return, with some new ones as well, such as Thorn, Juniper's older sister, and Wildfire, a bull who was burned in the forest fire during the movie. Also, new species will be added as well, such as the Alaskan Therizinosaur, Boreonykus, a raptor, and Nanuqsaurus, a tyrannosaur.
There will be two versions: One with voices, and a "Cretaceous Cut" omitting the voice-overs. It will be animated without voices in mind, just as in the movie, and lines will be thought of after completion of the voiceless cut.
I will also try to keep the spirit of the movie while also "fixing" some things: More scenes without dialogue, better writing (or at least I hope so lol), less "hip" lingo and references to future occurences, etc.

Bigger and meaner than Patchi is Scowler, his older brother. He often bullies Patchi around, but despite that, he still loves his little brother regardless.
Personality: Cocky, jockish, stubborn.

Narration that gives a brief description of the new prehistoric animal onscreen.
"Pachyrhinosaurus. Meaning 'Thick-Nosed Lizard'. Herbivore."
"Gorgosaurus. Meaning 'Fierce Lizard'. Carnivore."
"Troodon. Meaning 'Wounding Tooth'. Omnivore."
Patchi's mate, Juniper is a fiesty female Pachyrhinosaur who is both a fierce fighter and a loving mother.
Personality: Kind, loving, fiesty.

"Not you, Alex. My Alex."
"It's all right. Just a few scratches." (sudden yelp of pain)
"Get out of here, you Skinny-Neck Pecky-Things!"
A smart-aleck Alexornis, Alex is Patchi's lifelong companion and symbiosis partner. He serves as sort of a secondary father figure to him in a way, especially after Bulldust's death.
Personality: Wise, witty, easily distracted.

"Gotcha! Nom-nom-nom."
"Oh, well in that case... RUN AWAY!!!"
"Ah! Ah! Stuck again! Stuck again!"
From runt of the litter to leader of the herd, Patchi is a small Pachyrhinosaur with a big heart. He is the younger brother of Scowler and mate of Juniper, with whom he has a son named Alex, after his wise-cracking Alexornis buddy.
Personality: Brave, kind, sarcastic.
