Wake the Will Tournament Arc Kid VAs Needed!
Project Overview
Introduction:
Wake the Will is a YouTube series as well as a Webtoon series. I write and illustrate for the story as its only creator. I also animate, edit videos/episodes, cast, and voice act as Evan and a few others. This is an ongoing volunteer project that I am doing for fun as a hobby, as the general idea for a card game-based series has seen numerous drafts over the years. With this, I'm telling the final, definitive version of the story I always wanted to tell.
-Summary taken directly from the Webtoon series hub: "To avoid the harsh reality that is life, individuals escape into a virtual reality game based around a trading card game named Wake the Will. One girl enters this world in order to set things right and stand against this false utopia. However, her plans derail, as she immediately encounters a boy around her age, whom is one of many that has given up on life."
What's going into the project:
-I am looking for three voice actors to play 3 characters in the story.
-These episodes are videos posted to my YouTube channel, where we will be dubbing over shots of each panel from the webcomic. This will be used to give life to the Webtoon, with voice acting, music, sound and occasional animation.
-We're planning to do every episode of the Wake the Will Webtoon. There are many episodes published on Webtoon, with the series actually complete and scheduled for weekly releases every Friday at 3 PM EST.

This story focuses around players in a VR game playing a trading card game with each other. Players will dramatically play out and announce their moves, as done in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Cardfight!! Vanguard, or Shadowverse. Feel free to take a look at my Webtoon if you are in need for more context:

Voice Actor
Minor Role (Arc 2): (Age 13) Celio is one of the 16 contestants in arc 2's big tournament. He's a bratty kid that pilots a deck filled with abused, demonic toys.
Personality: Celio is a sinister bully and a brat. He shows no respect for his opponents and even treats his own cards like trash, discarding them away to make his plays. Sadly, he acts this way due to being bullied in real life.
Voice: I'm looking for someone who can make a convincing bratty, sinister, bully-like boy voice. You'll be snarky and mean, showing no respect for anyone or anything. Open to male or female voices that can pull this off.

Voice Actor
Minor Role (Arcs 2-3): (Age 11) Ivan is one of the 16 contestants in arc 2's big tournament. He's a boy who entered the VR world with his little sister, Eva, no longer wanting to live in a world where his beloved pet dog, Dodger passed away. He battles with an army of dog cards to honor Dodger's memory and forever bares his sorrow over his great loss. He's amused by his little sister's antics, though he usually rolls his eyes at them with a little smile.
Personality: Ivan is somewhat emotionally numb over the loss of his dog and has not truly made peace with that loss. Nonetheless he is friendly and will interact with others with a smile at times. Whenever he loses, he feels as though he's let his dog down and will get depressed.
Voice: I'm looking for someone able to make a convincing young boy voice. You'll be friendly, but you'll also be able to show great sorrow when Ivan becomes sad or depressed. Open to male or female voices capable of pulling this off.

Voice Actor
Minor Role (Arcs 2-3): (Age 7) Eva is Ivan's little sister, there to watch her big brother compete in the tournament. She acts silly in order to cheer her brother up when he's down. She's also best friends with Fishy, Fisha's little brother. The two play together often.
Personality: Eva is very silly, never taking anything seriously. However, she's very protective over her older brother. She cares deeply about him and tries to lighten up the atmosphere with her silliness in an attempt to help Ivan with his depression over losing their pet dog Dodger.
Voice: I'm looking for someone capable of making a convincing little girl voice. Eva is 7 years old, so she has to sound exceptionally young. Be ready to be very goofy and cheerful.
