INTRODUCTION

Greetings! This is SAWDOG. Owner of West City Studios and Director of the Dragon Ball Z Abridged: Majin Buu Saga. We are in need of video editors to help boost the production of our series. We only have two episodes out and we want to be able to provide more, as our audience grows every day. Provided is our latest episode for you to get an idea of what we're like.

REQUIREMENTS

  • YOU MUST BE COMMITTED TO THIS SERIES. I'm always willing to extend deadlines if the reason is understandable. Other than that, if you get to be part of the team, you have to be ready to communicate frequently and provide updates on almost a daily basis.
  • Must be 16+ years of age. There will be moments that contain the following: swearing, dark humor, NSFW dialogue, etc. By reading this and submitting your work, that means you understand what work you'll be doing.
  • Must have really good editing software. Something along the lines of Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Filmora. Bonus points if you also have Photoshop or after-effects.
  • Must have Discord. It is where the team communicates.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is not mandatory but I'd highly prefer it if you have some experience.

  • Experience in editing anime fandubs or any kind of dub. Basically, you have experience synchronizing the voice clips to the lip flaps in the animation.
  • Experience in editing abridged dubs (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). It can be from any anime.

    Hey, guys! I want to thank those who have submitted so far! I just want to update a few things: I want to apologize if the first bullet point in the requirements seemed too much (I removed a sentence that looked too assertive). I'm looking for editors who have a passion for making content related to this. There have been previous projects I was in where I witnessed no progress coming from a team, even though they showed enthusiasm at the beginning. I'm not saying you have to solely focus on this project because we all have other projects going on (including me). As long as the communication is there and you have the drive, that's all that matters. Another thing, I will start looking at the submissions as of this update.
