Boxten is a somewhat shy Toon. He is most comfortable around those he knows. He may not always know what to say, but he always tries to put a smile on a friends face. Boxten is a shy and introverted Toon. He is sometimes somewhat pessimistic and worries more than he should. He also wants to learn things and tries to be careful and is afraid of messing things up.

Brightney is one clever lamp, always coming up with bright ideas! She teaches children on how to think up solutions to their everyday problems! Brightney is a smart and helpful Toon. She's always ready to help with whatever her fellow Toons ask of her, showing her personality as a hardworking, yet friendly person.

Cosmo is great in the kitchen! He loves baking sweet treats for all his friends! He is often seen with his best friend Sprout! Cosmo inspires children to have generosity! Cosmo is a helpful, yet somewhat cautious Toon. He is a kind Toon who encourages the other Toons. He may be a bit clueless on some jokes and somewhat gullible to teasing. But he always tries his best to help out his friends and is always there to make sure they're doing alright, always ready to lend a helping hand or a tasty treat!

As a ghost Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friends. Connie is s charismatic and sort of snarky ghost who had a tendency to lie about her achievements.

Thinking about what to haunt after this.
This Toon knows tons about sea life! He always loves to use his knowledge of marine biology to not just educate others but to also laugh and joke with them! Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toon, especially in the form of puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue on making puns, even if a Toon doesn’t like it. He also can be somewhat forgetful.

Gigi is an excitable Toon who is always looking for the next fun adventure. As Gigi explores many places she often finds herself collecting fun items and souvenirs! Though she may not be one for sharing. Gigi is a chill, laid back Toon, who is also chaotic and likes teasing some of the Toons. She is likely a hoarder and is disorganized. he is overall friendly, likes having conversations, and is good friends with Poppy and Flutter, and likes to do activities with them.

Glisten is a charismatic mirror who always wants the spotlight! Sometimes his ego brings up new issues but he will always stand up for his friends and what's right. On the outside, Glisten appears to be prideful and egotistical, and appears to admire himself more than anything. He also appears to want attention from others. However, Glisten has an insecure side he tries to hide.

Goob is one happy craft! He loves to spend time with family! His sister Scraps is never far! Goob teaches children that hugs are some of the best medicine to a frown! Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. He is energetic and rather innocent. He doesn't intend strategy when he hugs others, but believes others just needed a hug. He is also easily excited.

Looey is part of a three toon Circus act! Cheerful and bright this balloon lives to entertain others. Remember others aren't laughing at you! They're laughing with you.

Poppy is one fun friend! This excitable Toon loves to share what's on her mind! Poppy shows children it's okay to be unique and not to be afraid to share your interests with others! Poppy is a bubbly and extroverted Toon. She is often loud at times. She is also likely good friends with Gigi. She is overall outgoing, bubbly, and social.

Razzle is always ready to take center stage. Razzle is a rather excitable, friendly Toon. Razzle appears to be eager to spend time with the others, as well as enjoying the spotlight. He states "Couldn't be better!" when asked about how he's doing, which is reflective of his optimistic, happy personality. Despite being so different, neither twin fights, instead being open and accepting of each other despite their oppositions.

Dazzle isn't always so excited to be in the spotlight. Dazzle, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon . He appears to have a rather negative outlook and slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. Despite being so different, neither twin fights, instead being open and accepting of each other despite their oppositions.

This Toon is the one to call when there is a mystery afoot. Rodger is a clever detective who is always eager to solve whatever case may arise. Rodger is a rather smart Toon that rather thinks logically. He often likes to ask the Toons questions about them. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it. Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons.

Scraps is one creative craft! She loves to share her art and creations with her friends. She inspires many children to continue creating amazing things! Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well being of the other Toons, especially her brother Goob. She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things, She also may act somewhat immature in some situations. Overall, she is mature for the most part and cares about her brother Goob, making sure she is there for him.

Shrimpo is one angry shrimp! Often causing issues for Dandy and friends by making a mess and never learning his lesson! No one likes a bully! Shrimpo is a rather static, flat character, showing a lack of depth as well as no change throughout his personality similar to a lot of stereotypical "bully" characters in a lot of kid's shows. Shrimpo is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is constantly angry. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything he sees, hears, or does. He shouts all of his dialogue and verbally bullies the other Toons.

Teagan loves to throw the most enjoyable little get-togethers. Tea parties are this Toon's specialty as she knows the perfect type of tea each Toon prefers. Teagan is a kind Toon who likes to invite the other Toons to her tea gatherings. She knows how to make the teas suitable for the other Toons and has memorized their favorite kinds of tea, They also seem to like to keep etiquette.

Tisha loves to keep organized, and is always open to helping her friends when it comes to tidying up! Teaching children how to keep their toys all tidy! Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning, and dislikes anything that’s messy and/or disorganized. She is obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized. She also cares about how clean anything is, possibly perfectly clean. She cleans so much, possibly to the point of overworking herself.

Toodles is the youngest of Dandy's World. She often wants to be a part of the fun, and loves proving that she is capable for her ability of helping out! Toodles is an energetic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn’t like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark. She also can be quite curious, and wants to help.

Astro is a quiet Toon who seems to only willingly socialize with ones he is closer or more comfortable with. He enjoys peace and quiet, and seems to at least mildly dislike anything interfering with those two things. Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, though he can come off as standoffish at times. A lot of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, the floor based off of him.

Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs with the other Toons. She seems to have worries about being ignored, but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine. She also seems to be shocked when Astro or Vee talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the Main Toons.

Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about or mentions Cosmo in many of his Interactions. He also may be pushy when he has good intentions for the other Toons. He especially cares about his best friend Cosmo. He also has an interest in baking, especially with Cosmo. Overall, Sprout cares for the Toons and their well being and safety, but may come off as pushy or straightforward.

Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded.
She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons.
Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she shows hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them.

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a diplomatic and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Overall, Dandy is a morally grey Toon that is hiding lots of secrets, but tries to hide it behind a more prideful and cheerful facade.
