Gron is a minor character that goes insane as time goes by . He starts out being a normal person and ends up being an insane "jester" . You are allowed to give him what personality you want.
Uh ... I don't think this is right , Vincent , uh , don't get me wrong but you have no idea what you are doing , neither do i , but if he finds out about this it's game over for the both of us !
Carson is the main protagonist of the game (the player) . He needs to sound scared but also he tries to keep calm while talking . You are free to give him any personality you think he will fit .

Vincent is a robot engineer , he is smart but he can take some very stupid decisions some times , at least he could since one of those decisions costed him his life . He talks fast and he takes everything as a joke , when he talks he gets uncomfortable and scared but he tries to sound like he's a happy go lucky type of guy . Apart from this you are free to do what you want with his character / personality .
So get this , Mister Alison has told all of us to not access floor 11 , he says some malfunction thingy is going on up there but i just know he's lying . When i looked in his eyes yesterday i saw an empty shell of a man , it felt like he died 50 years ago and his body is the only thing remaining , it must just be me going a little bit insane but i swear , he just gives my the hibby jibbies . I swear on my god damn wrench that i'll find out what's going on in this place , you can't hide shit from Vincent after all can ya ? Heh
