This is the cyan soul. This soul stands for patience. (Note: They will not be in ALOT of the musical, as they die early on in the ruins) I envision them sounding a bit Elizabeth from Black Butler. Of course, dont try to imitate them or anything. Any voice is good. I imagine them having a high pitched voice, but they still sound cute. They are quiet, and are very patient (Of Course). Sometimes, they can be very gullible. Their items are the Toy Knife and Faded Ribbon.

Oh, Howdy little flower!
This is the Orange Soul. They stand for Bravery. Any voice is fine. (Note: They ALSO won't be in much of the musical, since they die early on in Snowdin) I imagine them having a loud and confident voice. They are very Brave (Of Course) And sarcastic. They rarely get scared because of their bravery, and sometimes that puts them into danger. They die in early Snowdin. Their items are the Tough Glove and Manly Bandana.
You're gonna have to try a LITTLE harder than that!

This is the Purple soul. They stand for Perserverence. I imagine them having a voice similar to Dipper's from Gravity Falls. Of course, don't try to imitate Dipper or anything, Any voice is fine. They are very persistent, and they can be shy. Also they are a huge nerd. They die near the end of Waterfall. Their items are the Cloudy Glasses and Tord Notebook.

This is the Green soul. They stand for Kindness. I imagine them having a really childish but soft voice. They are very Kind (Of Course) And sometimes they get taken advantage of. Their items are the Burnt Pan and Stained Apron. They die early on in Hotland.

This is the Yellow Soul, They stand for Justice. (Note: This is NOT Clover from Undertale Yellow, its a great fangame though) They are very vengeful, but heroic at the same time. They die near the middle of Hotland. Their items are the Empty Gun and Cowboy Hat.

Toriel is a motherly figure. I imagine her voice being somewhat like the If Undertale Was Realistic Toriel.

Undyne is a Strong and Determined head Guard. I imagine her voice being tomboy-ish.

Perle is alot like Monster Kid, but she looks up to Asgore as a hero. She can be seen in the Perserverence and Justice portions of the musical.
