Umamusume X TF2: Expiration Date but Umamusume Dub
Project Overview
All audition lines are now in and ready to read!
Inspired by art doing this exact concept by @bobamirukuu on Instagram:
This is a fandub of the TF2 Short, Expiration Date, but with Umamusume characters!
Concept is simple: All lines will be replaced by English fan voices for each Uma that is in this Casting Call. They will not have the voices of the original mercenaries, but voices of the Umamusume characters.
I also went ahead and changed some dialogue to be more fitting for the Umas.
You have to be 16+ or older for this project.
You'll be provided a script for this as soon as the decisions are made.
We'll be communicating via Discord, so please put your Discord in your audition somewhere so I may reach out to you for communication, as well as give you access to the Google Drive folder where you will submit your lines.
For Microphone quality: All you need to have is little background noise, little echo, literally any type of mic (computer mic in closet, USB mic, anything) it just needs to be decent.
Lines for this Audition should be recorded in AAABBBCCC format.
Also, if you are cast, you will be that character in any future Umamusume content (if you wish to return).

Update.
Alright, so, I just wanna note: All Umamusume are female. Since this is TF2, a male dominated space usually, I know it might be confusing, but all Umamusume are female type voices. Please keep this in mind before auditioning. The characters should not have voices inspired by the TF2 Mercenaries, but by the Umamusume characters.

Dedicated to being the coolest, this Umamusume tries her best to act like a delinquent. She takes after her motorcycle-loving father, emulating his hobbies and attitudes down to the letter. Her grandstanding nature sees her charge daringly into any challenge, never afraid of what she might face. She has a bit of a cat-and-dog relationship with her roommate, Daiwa Scarlet.
She'll be taking the role of Scout in this dub.

The crown jewel of the prestigious Mejiro clan. A classy and poised young lady.
Born into a family of racing legends, Mejiro McQueen is a long-distance runner who is the envy of her peers. She has class and decorum befitting her prestige, and is determined to take first at the Tenno Sho, like many Mejiro racers before her. On her days off, she enjoys having afternoon tea with the many other residents of the Mejiro estate.
She will be taking the role of Spy in this dub.

If it'll help her be number one, she'll go through any training— no matter how grueling. She sees her rather showy roommate Vodka as both her motivation and her rival.

An unpredictable firebrand born with an extra helping of free spirit. She's prone to some dramatic swings in mood and motivation—one moment she could be setting up an elaborate punchline, and in the next you would be hard-pressed to get her to move. She seems to get along with anyone and everyone, but it is unclear just how she views her bonds with others. Truly, one could call her Tracen's greatest mischief-maker.
She will be taking the roll of Soldier in this dub.

Because she doesn't know her own limits, she pushes herself as hard as she can... but she also seems to enjoy extreme conditions. Compared to others her age, she's a bit immature, and can express her feelings without hesitation.

Originally hailing from the countryside, she enrolled in Tracen Academy after dominating the racing scene back home. She works to make her hometown proud, but try as she might, her clumsy side always comes out. At the academy, she's known as a fearsome gourmand, able to empty an entire pot of rice in the blink of an eye.
She'll be taking the role of Heavy in this dub.
