Hi! I am a young creator with a passion project, in the concept of a war movie!

Actor must be Scottish or British (or based anywhere in the uk), This is just needed for authenticity when voicing this character
I am looking for an actor who can deliver breathy vocals, whilst the vowels still being sharp. Kipper's accent is a mix of Queen's English and a normal German accent. Hope that gives ya a hint of what I need! :D
Kipper in short words, is aristocratic, absolutely smart, and yet he is a bit hypocritical.
He's mixed heritage for those wondering, jus like Thomas (i guess u could figure it out based on what i put for the accents.)
