Tokyo Mew Mew New Fandub
Project Overview
Kittychan143 and I are co-directing a new fandub of Tokyo Mew Mew New. Tokyo Mew Mew New is a reboot/remake of the original Tokyo Mew Mew anime series that more closely follows the manga. It is a magical girl show in which Ichigo and her 4 friends are infused with the DNA of endangered animals in order to gain the power to fight back against an alien threat.
Voice Actor
In Mew Mew New, Mint is a daughter to the Aizawa Foundation; a wealthy company that centers its focus on environmental safety. She is graceful, prideful, and has a very rich girl feel to her. Mint can be rather direct and sometimes dramatic but she always means well. She has a bit of a hard time opening up emotionally at first but through the series, she slowly starts to open up. Her speech is rather elegant and polite.

Voice Actor
Soft and gentle, Lettuce is a quiet and sensitive inidividual. However. do not mistake her silence and sensitivity for weakness. Lettuce is a well educated girl who finds quiet confidence throughout the series. Her goal is to become a researcher or scientist. Lettuce is emotionally supportive and always keeps her compassion, curiosity, and perseverance alive in silent ways.

A "Lone Wolf," In the new iteration of Mew Mew New, Zakuro still keeps her cool and mysterious personality but she also has a quiet warmth and a bit more emotionally available unlike the original series. She is the oldest of the group and is like an older sister to the team. Despite being silent, she's strong and is also very career focused oriented. She is a mult-talented, independent idol in this iteration of the series.

Voice Actor
Youngest of the Mew Mews, Pudding is a ball of sunshine and optimism within the Mew mew team. However, Pudding is also the oldest of five siblings and despite being rather chaotic, is also emotionally responsible. Her dream is to become a circus performer, inspired by her late mother. Pudding is the kind of person who turns hardships into laughter and brings hope to others around her.

Ryou is a Visionary and a extremely sarcastic scientist who is the mastermind of the Mew Mew Project and the co-owner of the Cafe alongside Keiichiro. He's known to be wealthy, witty, and has a hidden sincerity about him. He's resourceful and despite his witty and sarcastic personality, is always looking out for the girls by giving the the resources they need to protect themselves and others.

Voice Actor
Co-owner of Cafe Mew Mew, where Ryou is the logic of the operation, Keiichiro is the heart. Keiichiro is like a big brother to the mew mews; kind, warm, and approachable. Emotionally intelligent and steady, Keiichiro is rather good with people and always remembers the litte details like a customer's order. He's extremely good at his job and makes the cafe welcoming and homely.

Voice Actor
Better known as Kish, Kisho is mischievous, sassy, and flirtatious alien sent to reclaim earth by eradicating the human race. Despite his personality, Kisho can be unpredictable and reflective. Kisho also has a huge fixation and obsession with Ichigo Momomiya and loves teasing and playing around with her as if she's his personal plaything. Through the series, he starts to learn the difference between intimacy and intensity.

Youngest of the Alien Trio, Tart is loud and proud and absolutely childish. A lot of his time is spent bickering with Pudding throughout the series. He can be impulsive and prideful but it a huge softie at heart.
