Character Description: Akihiro Kanou is the Doctor that provides medical expertise in hospital and CCG-related scenes. While often a supporting role, their authority and knowledge bring weight to moments of injury, surgery, or critical decision-making. Depending on the scene, the Doctor may be calm and collected or urgently commanding under pressure.

The Concerned Nurse is part of the hospital staff present during Kaneki’s emergency surgery. Unlike the others, she senses something is wrong with the rushed decision to transplant organs from an unidentified donor (Rize). She’s compassionate, cautious, and tries to warn the doctor, but ultimately gets ignored.

Nishiki Nishio is a ghoul who hides his true nature under the guise of a normal college student. He’s cunning, arrogant, and ruthless when it comes to protecting his territory, but beneath his harsh exterior, he reveals a more complex and vulnerable side—especially through his relationship with Kimi. Nishiki’s voice must capture both his cold cruelty and his hidden humanity.

A minor ghoul appearing briefly in the series, this ghoul is killed by Nishiki Nishio. Though unnamed, the role requires showing fear, aggression, and desperation as the ghoul is confronted and ultimately overpowered. Perfect for a short but intense performance.
